Characters/Objects not showing up in 4.10

I'm having an issue in trying to get anything to load into DAZ 4.10. Namely, I keep getting messages about characters and their assets not being found by the program.

Problem is, they're in my library (I checked both the "My DAZ 3D Library" and "My Library" folders, before anyone asks), so I have no idea why DAZ isn't reading them or how to fix it so that it does barring a complete reinstall of the program itself.

    How are you installing? Exactly where in the My Library/My Daz 3D Library folders are you finding the files?
