DUF.Files can not be opened, MAC iOS Catalina

Hello, everyone. I have a problem.
After updating the MAC to iOS Catalina duf. files can no longer be opened.

Do you know why?

Unfortunately, my search only led me to a post which did not help me.

I would be very grateful for a solution.

    You need to install the latest DS beta, it has fixes for Catalina.

    i found this description, but after checking the boxes, i only see GoZ for DAZ Studio4.12+ (MAC 64-bit) Public Build

     

    nothing else.... :(

    First you need to "buy" the beta (it's free, you just need it in your product library so you can download it): https://www.daz3d.com/daz-studio-beta

    Then you need to use Daz Install Manager to download and install it. It will have "public build" in its name. You may need to change the download filters in DIM if you can't find it.

    Thanks Leana for you great advice, i did it. I was able to download the public builds and i installed the beta version.

    as you can see in the screenshot.

    But sadly im still not able to open the duf.files (the appear grey)

    Are you sure you tried to open them with the beta version? The beta doesn't replace the general release version you already had installed, it's installed next to it.

    Ok and how can i start it with the beta? In my launchpad ther is only one DAZ?

    I try open recent, and then  duf files begin to open. but im not able to search through my dufs and open a differnt one.

    But with your help, i was able to open at least my recent file!yesyes

    so we are on the waysmiley

    Sorry, I don't have DS installed on a Mac so I don't know exactly how you launch the beta rather than the general release.
    I've flagged the thread for Mac users among the comunity managers, hopefully one of them can help.

    If you installed the beta it will be in /Applications/Daz 3D/DAZStudio4 64-bit Public Build
