[Lets say i get a scene together in Poser : ) like a really big house for example.] BUT instead of rendering that like normally. I want to, like say walk inside it in a game , how do i do this please?

Export in a format that the game engine recognises and set it up in the game - you might try FBX. Do recall, if this is for use in ana ctual game rather than just n your ow machine, that much content is not licensed for use in 3D games.
