Are "hybrids" possible?

What if I want to create a hybrid between two figures? Is there extra software I need, such as a 3D morph program that is compatible with Daz Studio? Or, can I just use Daz Studio? I haven't used Animorph yet, but does it have that capability?
Thanks!

A bit more information about what you are trying to achieve might make the question easier to answer. Are you wanting to attach, for example, a human upper body to a horse's neck to make a centaur?
A centaur would be more like a chimera, and not a true hybrid in the sense of what I'm looking for. What I'm looking for is the ability to create a figure that is an exact intermediate between two figures. Every part of the hybrid should be intermediate between the respective parts of each parent figure. For example, we know breeding a horse with a cow is impossible, but we might wonder what a hybrid between the two were to look like if it were possible. While such hybrids are impossible in nature, we might be able to make it possible in Daz.
Like ManBearPig? :D
It would depend on how the figures were made - if they sued the same mesh then it would be possible to load the shape of one as a morph for the other, and in the current versions of DAZ Studio and Poser to adjust the rigging to match the morph, then set the morph value to .5. That would not, however, blend the textures if you want to include those. it would, however, be more likely that each would have its own mesh and in that case you would need to create a morph for one shape that was as close as possible to the shape of the other - that would certainly be a task for a modelling application.
