Missing Genesis 8 Female Body Morphs

Hi guys,

I've seen this problem during my searches on the web, with two solutions, and the first solution actually worked for me and all was good until I saved my project and got out of DAZ.

Next day I wanted to continue with my project, and though the dials were there, they stopped responding. Tried to uninstall and reinstall several times, both through DIM and without. 
I have several other products that work perfectly, but I just can't seem to get that one working, and I really want it to work. Keep in mind that I'm a total noob, so please explain it to me like I'm five. 

Help! :(

Right, sorry.

Apparently it wasnt installed in DAZ studio itself for some unclear reason, so i did that through the smart content. The other problem was me being a total noob and clueless as to where I would find those body morph dials, which turned out to be just there in parameters and or shaping (like face morph and expressions which do work for me). 

During my searches I came across questoins and solutions about metadata, so I figured I'll give it  shot, so I looked for it, and it seems that that might be the problem. Because as u can see in the pics attached. I've checked a lot of my content library metadata (as in "edit metadata"), and body morph seems to be the only one that has no files. Obviously I tried to update and find the files manually when updating did nothing, but that did not help either.

I'm not sure if this would be an issue that affects the morph loading or not, but I will send in a query.

Ok, so I figured it out. It seems that metadata was the problem, so I downloaded it manually from the products page in my account, and basically copy pasted and switched the folders in the path to those I downloaded. And voila, love handles are available again! Thanks so much for unknowingly helping me figure it out.
