Just updated to this new version. In front of the usual download window, are a series of components it says should be installed. It includes DS 4.12, which I don't feel I'm ready to go up to yet (still at 4.11 x). But some components go back to version 4.10, so I might want to download those. There doesn't seem to be a way to select which I might want to download. It looks like I might have to take the entire list or ignore the list for now. Question: Is there a way to select some of those components and leave the others for later?

I don't think you can do that in that screen, but if you cancel that window you should get back to the usual DIM where you can select whatever you want to install.
See the section on nstall sets in the first post here https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/382131/daz-install-manager-dim-1-4-0-17-now-available . Some elements of the Daz Studio set will be optional, others won't (e.g. PostgreSQL).
It looks like there are elements for Genesis 3, which I installed awhile back. Could these be improvements or updates, in which case I should install them?
From the checkmarks, I'm guessing I can uncheck the things I don't want to install right now. The things I'm most interested in downloading are the DM's Memorial DS package. But, what is it? I've searched on the DAZ 3D website, but can't find it. Do I really want it? I'm assuming it's free, but the products that do show up with a search are not free.
Also, I'm interested in the Daz Studio HDR Outdoor Environments package. But I've got the same questions as above: What is it? I've searched on the DAZ 3D website, but can't find it. Do I really want it? I'm assuming it's free, but the products that do show up with a search are not free.
I guess these are provided for DS users, without any additional fees, but I'd still like to know what they are.
