How can I quickly select a body parts children?

I want to click Genesis 8's Left Collar while holding down shift, alt or control, then have it automatically select all the children body parts of the Left Collar. Is this possible?

... Or, is there a hotkey I can set for Select Children of the currently selected body part? I pressed F3 and looked, but couldn't find it.

Currently, the only way I know to select a body part's children is to do the following which takes too long: Left click Left Collar, then I have to right click the Left Collar in the Scene Window, then click Select Children, but that's too many clicks.

    If you select the topmost bone you want to select, right click on the mouse while hovering over the selected bone. A dropdown menu will appear. Choose Select>Select All Children. That should get you what you want.
