Tried to make purchase

Yesterday, I purchased Teen Josie Pro-bundle and Teen Jane Pro-bundle together Sunday evening but did not receive my items, and it locked up my cart. This morning at 5:30 this morning and the cart was still locked up saying it was empty yet the cart in the top corner showed 2 items on the cart avatar. I then tried to add a free item to the cart but when I tried to make the purchase everything disappeared. You had a great price on those two items I mean $35 was fantastic. I noticed this morning though that Teen Jane was included in Teen Josie. I think your cart did something unusual and locked it up when it showed an item in an item it stopped the purchase? Now though when I tried to purchase Teen Josie was now $135 which I can't really afford... Can you help? I don not have a order number and can't submit a ticket. I emailed but haven't gotten a reply so I am stymied.

No I tried that but I can't find the order number anymore It's like it disappeared, I can't find get past the reqired entries to submit the ticket. It's a very frustrating pocess that if you don't have everything you need to correct the problem then you don't get to talk to anyone about it. DAZ used to be a very friendly group to contact and got back really promptly... I've been with them for many years. However, I find Renderosity much easier to deal with when you have a probem. I hope DAZ can get their act together, because I've tried several times to make contact and this is the only response I've gotten. Go figure.
Try putting NA for the order number.
