PostgreSQL connection missing

Hello everyone.
I've recently bought a new computer running the latest version of Windows and I've upgraded my DAZ to the latest version (Daz 4.12?)
When I open the program I'l getting an error message "a valid PostgreSQL CMS connection could not be established. Several DAZ Studio features that require ..." etc etc.
Does anyone have any idea about how I can resolve this issue, please?

I've had this problem several times so I wish you luck. I'm on a Mac and I only fixed my problem last time with finding the back up file I'd made.

I am (trying to) helping someone in another thread with same problem and I've seen their log and it's a security software (either Windows Firewall or Windows Defender or another 3rd party software package) on their computer preventing the postgreSQL CMS connections from being allowed.

It's been eons since I've had the actually needed to create a special firewall definition beyond what's created automatically when you install new SW but that's the most likely problem.
