Interiors 4 The Jail installation problems

I had issues installing this product with install manager. However, it shows that its installed but can't locate it under maclean products.
I tried looking everywhere but with no luck.
When I used the manual installation the installation went fine. But now I'm getting this error in both DAZ Studio and Poser. It seems the Jail obj file is missing.
Any help will be appreciated as I'm already behind with my project
Best regards

That item needs the POSER files installed as well as the DS files. If DIM did not install the poser files as well please inform the Support people with a ticket.
Thanks for the info.
Apparently, I did install both....
I'll inform the support people.

I've installed both folders DS and Poser files that come with the item

Merged duplicate threads - if you wish this thread moved please ask a mod to do it for you, don't repost as that risks causing people to waste their time covering ground already covered in the other thread.
Let me know if you get this sorted out. As far as I know, there haven't been any reported install problems before this.

Its not sorted out-I've gone over and over,no luck.
You know I've always bought your products and never had issues
I know I have this installed as I used it a while back for an image I did using LuxRender as the renderer. I'm not on the right compuer at the moment (I'm lazing about quaffing coffee in a coffee shop!) but I'll check to see what I installed and where. DIM, though, tells me there are two files: Interiors 4 The Jail, with one having DS on the end, the other PS.
DIM shows that the DS version conatisn .dso, .dsv and .dsd files under the /data/ directory structure (along with .daz files and textures).
The PS version has .obj files under /Runtime/Geometries/ (and .cr2 and .pp2 files and tetxures)
As you say, everything is right, but not working for me.
I guess I'll wait for you to get back to base after quaffing coffee...
Regards
Its working....now!
The mistake I was making was to create a folder Jail within runtime/geometries/maclean/interiors/jail
But when I dumped everthing in interiors folder runtime/geometries/maclean/interiors it responded
However, the installation Manager still has issues.
I thank everyone for having played their part at helping me.
All the best!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good to hear it's working for you. I am fairly sure I installed it using DIM - I point Poser content to a different install location to Daz Studio content. I'm still quaffing so cannot check, and then I'll be ambling into town for more coffee ... ahh, the life of leisure ... ;)
I tried DIM....installed and uninstalled...same problem
I think its the way files have been arranged in folders that is causing DIM not to allocate them in the right place.
You're lucky to be roaming all coffee shops:-) Enjoy- though don't be tempted to quaff more than 4 chokie cookies
Glad you figured it out.

Never ever rename something in the Geometries folders or put it in subfolders.
The same goes for the Runtime / Textures folders ...
Things under the Runtime / Libraries / xxx may be renamed, but they are referring to the paths under Geometries for the obj and Textures for the jpg files.
