My DOF has suddenly stopped working like it was previously? I set it up just like I always do but even though my character is in the middle of the panels she is coming out blurry.
Pic 1 is dof settings, Pic 2 is DOF off, Pic 3 is DOF on

Delete the camera and start over.
I think- if you're tinkering with the FStop or focal length and cross the areas, the DOF fails to follow your settings anymore.
I have not seen this behavior. However changing focal length, focal distance, or Fstop will change the "span" inside the DOF planes and can result in the subject not being within the planes.
Thanks for trying to help but I already tried that.. Original camera was Main Camera. I have before yesterday never ran into this issue before either. I may open it and the Beta version and see if it gives me the same thing. Then maybe test out a new image and see what happens. I can always render x2 and use an image editor to make it right but thats extra work.
You were using an fStop of 95. In a real world lens, 22 is the maximum and gives you the least amount of dof.
Change your view port view to look through the camera, then in the same section shown in your screen shot, the setting "Frame Width", change that to 10 (it will suddenly zoom in on your character) and then lower the focal length to bring your view back to how it was. You need to eye ball this as you do it. But after that, you will be able to readjust the DOF planes to get a much better DOF.
I actually had this happen a few days ago. I ended up having to make a new camera. It seems to be a rare bug of some sort and I have no idea how to reproduce it.
