DAZ Installer Issue

Of course it all starts with an update and I have no doubt it will be fixed but it won't get fixed if they dont hear about it so here goes:  DIM won't work!  I open it with no difficulties.  it shows I have things to download.  I have about 462 GB free so I am fairly certain there is room for my 8 new products.  I click on any or all of the products and DIM stalls then goes to a report bug screen that says this:

DAZ3DIM.exe caused ACCESS_VIOLATION in module "C:\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZ3DIM1\QtCore4.dll" at 0033:000000005E243A76, QIODevice::isOpen()+6 byte(s)

No idea what this means.  If staff need more information I can send it but the bug reporting site it sends me too reports that there is no such site.  Sigh...
