navel area morphing / reducing

Hi,

I've been using the premade genesis 8  body morphs to get my model to look unique but I can't reduce the area below the navel while keeping everything else intact. 

I've tried using to torso scale, chest scale, and height sliders but all of them impact other areas. Is there any way to achieve the before and after shown in the attached pic.

Eithher using just daz studio or if you can recommend a morphs pack that will do it..thanks.

How about this? Shorten the Rise morph in zip folder.
