Make puppeteer only affect arms or legs

I created a pose from a preset using puppeteer and another one.

But I only want to use the part that affects the legs. How do I do this ?

I would also like another layer from similar poses but only affect say the arms...

    File>Save as>Pose preset, then use the advanced options to save only the settings for the legs.
