LIE copy/paste does not work as intended

(maybe a Thread for the tech forum?)

Hey guys, I have here some bug and just wanna ask is this only on my engine or does that happen to others too? if it is just me... any ideas how to repair my dazstudio then?^^...

If you have it too, well then I will send this to the Bug Report Ticket System.

    I don't think there is a copy and paste. I think you can only add or subtract layers.

    No there is, didnt watched the video? there are buttons "copy\paste".

    Ah, that copy and paste!  Did you create a new layer to paste to?  You should be able to select a layer and copy and paste....  I don't see any layers in your image.

    It looks like a bug to me. I tried it in DS 4.12.1.55, the latest Public Beta. Copy and Paste seem to just reset all the target layer's settings. Please submit a help request to customer service.

    Just did a quick test and it doesn't appear to be a 4.12 specific issue. Tested in 4.10.0.123 and it does the same thing. Even deselecting various properties in the paste layer settings pop out, the only thing that ever changed was the backround color.

    I posted a VIDEO, I did marked it also as video, because videos dont have a Play button in this forum, you have to click it. The image with the ugly face in the start post is a video.

    I made a screenshot in my last answer to show it you... :/
