Sun-Sky only = no lights?

Hi, I got this set:

and wanted to use it, but it set the rendersettings to sun-sky only and I have the feeling that is the reason why my
https://www.daz3d.com/iray-light-probe-kit

Probes aren't working, same for my other Light Quick tool.

Does the sun sky only disable any scene lights?

 

Edit, probes does now work, I forgot to activate the group :D

But my quick light seems to work not in sunsky only :/ they use a plane which give some kind of light that plane is not visible with sun sky, but with scene.

Sun sky is literally just the sun sky system. If you use Scene and Dome then remove the map from the environment you will get, in effect, Sun and Sky plus scene lights.
