Growing Up breast ugly remove

Hi!

I have created a girl Char (maybe first time?... I don't know...) and.. for some reason does the breast look really deformed. The boy looks okay.

I have Breast controllers and did also try Mesh grabber, but I can not rally fix it, I tested also if it is the skin (so its maybe painted on it), but nope, a other skin have the same ugly effect.

On the right side, can you see a down scaled boy (using the Growing Up product) that looks normal (okay a bit... muscular)

Any ideas how to normalize it?

I just tried Growing Up on basic Genesis 8 Female and a few other characters and can't duplicate your character's problem at all. Did you only use the Growing Up morphs? Maybe there's another breast morph from some other product mixed in that's throwing things off. Here's the Growing Up morphs shown in the parameters tab. There are also other youth breast morphs that aren't part of Growing Up. I got some distortions when I applied those on top of the Youth Morph from Growing Up. Maybe you've got one of those mixed in with everything?

Another thought (possibly not a useful one): That dress (or shirt or skirt) looks like it's been draped with dforce. This is a long shot, but did you accidentally apply a dforce modifier to your character before you ran the simulation? I've done that and gotten odd wrinkly distortions like that on body parts with short simulations.

When creating young females without breasts with Growing Up, it is easiest to use just the base G8F body and dial in only the specific character's head morph. For young males, just use the G8M body to avoid extra muscles.

  • Please remember to switch to Smooth Shaded mode if you are going to show the are chest of a female figure - especially if it is meant to be, or appears to be, young.

When I use one of the Growing Up presets with a character, I generally mix in the full strength of the character head morph and half or less of the character body morph. Also, if you're setting up multiple characters in a scene, different levels of the basic Genesis body morphs, e.g. a bit of Heavy in one, a bit of Pear in another. Doesn't have to be much, just enough to end up with visibly different body types.

The Daz 3d ToS, General Code of Conduct,  states in bullet point 1

    1. Posts, threads, and images MUST NOT contain ANY nudity, violence, or profanity.

Plus there is a sticky thread at the top of this forum on the subject  Acceptable Ways of Handling Nudity

This is even more heavily policed when it comes to characters who are meant to be, or appear to be, underage.   Underage nudity is illegal anywhere on the internet.
The Gallery code of conduct does get a bit more specific about nudity in general.
    The ToS  is HERE

Actually you will find that this is something which affects more than just the US,  Most of the world will not allow depictions of underage nudity, and as you had stated that your figure was female it was considered nudity.

Any one know if this product has been updated since it's release, I'm asking in this thread as it could be part of the OP's problem.

Basically two of the files are calling for Genesis3Female.dsf rather than Genesis8Female.dsf, and those two files are tied to chest area JCMs.

I don't own the product so have no idea if this has been fixed, my friend that found the issue doesn't use DIM so has no way to know if it's been updated.

He's been using Growing Up for quite a while with out any issue, until yesterday, like me he has multiple content directories and for some reason he decided to turn off his Genesis3 content directory. That caused missing file warnings every time he loaded G8F, he checked the log then emailed it to me before called me to help him "fix" it.

So anyone know if files "chestLower_CTRLMD_N_ZRotate_20.dsf" and "chestLower_CTRLMD_N_ZRotate_n20.dsf" have been fixed.

I think that it is, in fact, US-specific. The chest of a female child (by child I mean actual child, before puberty and the development of breasts, not under 18) isn't considered nudity in most places, neither socially nor legally. And if you haven't been raised with the idea that a bare-chested say, 7 yo, is offensive, it is pretty counter-intuitive (since there's no breasts to hide, the idea that it is nudity seems pretty weird). So it's quite natural to assume that "no nudity" doesn't apply to a bare chested female child anymore than to a bare chested male child. I certainly would have assumed so until I discovered American norms (maybe it's not *only* the USA, I don't know, but it definitely isn't universal).
