The PolyLoop tutorials were really good. There may be some minor differences as Hexagon has gone through some updates since 2015, but I know I've gotten some good information from them even if the UI or functions in 2.5.2 are minorly different from the version they were using.
That tutorial got me started in Hexagon. Shows the process and the tools to do it, so you always know the way forward, yet lets you figure out how to use those tools without spoon-feeding you every step.
I agree. That tutorial taught me loads of modeling techniques. And although it was found on a 2015 web archive, the pdf file was created in 2005. Closer, I think, to the time that I first saw it.
Additionally, there are some more tutorials by the same author, Grendel, here on the daz3d site in the Hexagon documentation pages. (At least I think that it's the same Grendel.)
The one called "Spine" was particularly interesting to me since it uses Hexagon functions that I had not been aware of.
