DIM not showing new orders

Never had this problem before. New orders aren't showing up in ther install manager. Everything was fine until today, nothing has changed since I installed stuff 2 days ago. Thanks for any help.

    DIM isn't showing my recently ordered items either. The Daz website has been very flaky for the last day, especially the forums. Maybe DIM is suffering the same problems.

    Same problem, I can download from my account>product library but I hope they fix this soon.

    Maybe DIM will fix itself, but since it takes a month to get a customer service response these days, I think I'd better go ahead and submit a ticket and get in the queue.

    If I go to my Product Library (in My Account) I can download individual products manually into the folder where DIM stores downloads. Then I can refresh DIM and find the product on the Ready to Install tab and use DIM to install it. That is too much work for a whole bunch of products, but if you are in a hurry for one or two items, that is viable.

    I have the same problem, the new stuff I bought didn't show up but a bunch of legacy stuff did show up, I just downloaded and intalled all of them, guess it must have been previous purchases. I downloaded my new order manually and copy-pasted the files (like runtime, people) into My DAZ 3D Library, hopefully that's the correct way of installing manually. Should I open a ticket for this?

    if the zip can be downloaded manually then it can be placed in the DIM downloads folder and installed from there, until they get the issue fixed

    Same issue.  Also (not sure whether it's related or not), my Shaping pane is empty, though the morphs still exist in the Parameters tab.

    EDIT: Nevermind, you mean the Download folder in the Daz Install Manager

    My orders weren't showing up in the in Daz3D Connect Install tab, but were showing up in the Daz Install Manager.

     

    Baffling.

    it's working for me now too.

    FYI the downloads folder is usually C:\Users\Public\Documents\DAZ 3D\InstallManager\Downloads

    You just download the zip from your product library and stick it in there.

    Where is the DIM downloads folder?  I'm on an iMac.

    I just joined this site/program recently, decided to start with purchasing 400 items and so far that entire purchase from 2 days ago isn't showing up in orders or the install manager, it only shows up in my PayPal account. I emailed the sales department, but curious if this is typical and how long is their response time?
