Hello,
I have all my renderings and purchased content installed on laptop A, I would like to move
everything over to labtop B to see if Daz performs better with a more powerful system.
Is this possible, how do I go about doing this.

Install manager would not accept my password when I tried to open
Install manager on a different laptop.

Daz is working like a old turtle on laptop A

Probably the easiest way to use your content on more than one machine is to install your content to an external drive that you can plug into whatever computer you are using.

But to answer your question, yes, you should be able to use the DAZ Install Manager on multiple computers. I have mine set up on two laptops and a desktop and I can log into it on whichever computer I am using. I don't know why DIM is not accepting your password on Laptop B, because it should.

The first things to try are the old stand-bys. Make sure you are logged out on Laptop A (that shouldn't matter either, but you can try it), and uninstall/reinstall the DIM on Laptop B. You might have to contact the support desk to have them help you trouble shoot it. It really should work on multiple computers.

    Best of luck.

You shouldn't be having any issues. You can set up DIM on numerous computers. Some have it on there laptop and download there content and transfer the files to there desktop that isn't connected to the internet. I'm not sure exactly what your problem may be. I've got it installed on 2 computer. My laptop and desktop. Did you set up your account properly on the second machine? Maybe an extra letter in the email you entered. You should only need to select the drop down on the login screen, add account and type in your email and then password
