My problem with this is simple; when i apply the full morph of Lana to a Genesis 8 Female- she does not come out like she should. The simple expectation for buying content here is this; I buy a figure and load the morph or character, I expect that the facial structure of which I was convinced to buy the model on, comes through 95% of the way. I did submit a ticket to resolve this as I wanted to talk to the vendor, but its been 5 days without help.

the gray image is a screen shot. her face is shorter and lips a little weird. Tried messing with the facial length, but again, I shouldn't have to make a dozen small tweaks to get the shape that I bought and was sold on. The color image is from the product page- i'm uploading it to show the reference, nothing more. I don't own it. Notice the proportions of the head length, nose and cheek between the two.
To Belladzines; is there something I'm missing here? There are no hidden morphs or any 'current' morphs applied other than Lana's. And no Non-zero morphs either.
Thanks to all that can shed some light on this. Also- 4/5 days without a decent response in tickets shows lack luster customer service.

This might not help but I'll give my two cents.
Perspective Mode has an annoying way of distorting a figure's facial features depending on the angle you've got and how close you are to the face. Have you tried using a Camera? Why not try taking a screen shot in IRAY with some makeup and hair?
EDIT: You should try adding some lights, maybe a 3-point Light setup: https://diyhomevideostudio.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/what-is-a-3-point-lighting-system.jpg Also note the viewport has her torso in the shot as well.
Do you have these https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-8-female-body-morphs?
It is a required product for her.

Yep. Got it. Otherwise I wouldn't have posted here.
Nope. Already checked. I've checked the "currently used", hidden, non zero values. Nothing is activated except for the intended morphs.
facial structures will not be changed by hair and makeup. If the author used a different perspective or camera to achieve what they did and aren't stating as such, that's a tad mis leading and would have to be taken into consideration with every character used- EVER. I doubt that's the author's intention.
I'll give the three point setup a go to see if that caused it.
That is down to the Focal Length - it isn't a visible setting for the Perspective View, unless you use one of Rob's script samples, but it is there and can be changed via the viewport widgets (right-drag onnthebmagnifying glass, as I recall - the tool tip will tell you).
Did you really checked not only the "currently used" section, but all morphs for non zero values? And did you check for "Erevan Airy"? I bet that's the active morph. And it will NOT be shown under "currently used".
I checked through them looking for a white colored "0.0". It was still black, so it didn't pop out. I searched for Erevan and it was there. I'm gonna go fix that file and save it's morph anew. thanks.
EDIT: didn't work. there's another in there somewhere.
I've got a couple of figures I have to fiddle with as their head morphs always seem to load at 200%, even though they show at only 100%. Not only are the faces distorted, the heads are huge!
