DAZ 4.12 Download issues

I'm feeling  a little foolish right now, but is anyone experincing issues trying to download DAZ 4.12?  If I use the Install manager, it crashes on opening with a "Fatal Error" message.  If I try to DL  manually, it downloads about 95% then gets hung up at downloading content manager.  It's a brand new computer, Windows 10, all the specs match was Studio requires (and then some).  I've been a DAZ artist since 2004, so I don't think I'm a newbie...but haven't had the power to upgrade from 3.1 until now.
