What is the little icon to the left side of the iray preview mode in the preview screen

[What is the little icon to the left side of the iray preview mode in the preview screen] I don't have a screen shot, it shows when you go to Iray preview mode and it's a smaller icon on the left to the preview.

What is that guy?

    If you mean the +/- then it's a little exposure tool - click on it then click on an area that you want mddling exposed, as I recall (I've not had much luck with it).

    I have it set for White Balance but it doesn't always work as expected and takes a few tries in different areas of the image to get it to work right.
