Can I make the spot render tool automatically overlay the spot rendered over the last render? That way I don't have to manually add the new rendered spot to the previous render in photoshop. It would save time. Poser had this feature.

    Not within the UI - it might well be doable with Daz Script, however.

    Yes, select the spot render tool, click the tool settings pane, switch from viewport to new window, the new window should be the same size as the render settings.

    Not sure how accurate it is though....

    Oh wait, you meant automatically add it, dunno.
