Where are the atmospheric cameras?

edited December 1969 in Daz Studio Discussion

Hi.
I've just installed the atmospheric effects cameras for DS 4.6 Pro. But where are they? I can only find it in the products list in the content window, but tthat's just an empty node. If I categorize it, still just an empty folder. Doing a search won't help, neither in the content nor smart content. Installed with install manager.

They should be in DAZ Studio Formats>Folder Installed to>Camera presets>Age of Armor>Atmosphere Cameras in your Content Library pane

Never rely on Smart Content but get used to using the Content Library Pane it will make you life so much more easier.

Daz Studio Formats > My Daz 3D Library > Camera Presets > Age of Armour > Atmospheric Cameras

    PS I am too slow....again. :)

Thanks, but still can't find it. Under Daz Stuio formats I have "My library". There is no Camera presets there, just "Presets". Under that there is just four empty folders, no camera presets. The problem seems to be that the default installation path of DIM is different than where there other content is... I did have problems with DIM before and that's why I've installed content mostly in the old way. I'll try reinstalling....

What's the point of DIM installing under the public user folder? Previously the default content path is under the default user in the folder DAZ content. If DIM installs in a different folder (which is recommended), then the content is spread in two locations. Why?

Ok, I changed the DIM preferences to install to DAZ content under default user. Now I can find it.

Several reasons...one being that's 'modern' install best practices...as per MS guidelines (content that can be used by multiple user accounts on one machine goes in the 'public' account). And the DIM is not aware of stuff it didn't install...that way it won't mess with anything it didn't install.
