change the colour of a tattoo

Just bought Jax gor Eva and Gen 8, (Hinkypunk) on the description it says I can change the colour of the tattoo by going into surfaces and change the base colour, when I do that, it changes Gen 8 colour not the colour of the tattoo. How do I get to the right surface to change the tattoo colour very new at playing with surfaces.

I found it, I was looking at the skin instead of the actual tattoo x
