How to save settings for skin ?

After applying a skin to a genesis 8 character, with the eye colors, the lipstick, makeup, eyelashes, etc ..., how to save this settings to apply it to other bodies?

    Save it as a material preset, or as a character preset if you want the morphs too.

    Note that Genesis 8 figures have separate parented eyelashes (and eyebrows, if you use the fibermesh brows some characters include). These will not be included in a normal Materials setting, instead you need to save as "Hierarchical Materials" while the G8 figure is selected.
