Trying to learn how to use Ultra Scatter Pro and I'm having difficulty in keeping replicated objects on the ground. The "scattered" objects are floating in air above the orginal item and I can't figure out why. Please help!
It depends on where the geometry origin is on the item you are scattering. Try different options for the Origin on the Rotation tab. You may need to check "Ignore origin transform", too. This is described in the PDF manual. Experiment.
Here is a thread I created to document some UltraScatterPro experiments and tips. You might enjoy looking through it. It is kind of old now, and a later update to UltraScatter Pro added the ability to select the unit of measure for the numeric entries.
