I have trouble figuring how to use the "Look at that".
I want my figure to look at the chair in front but when i double click on the "Look at that" script it said "please select a figure and then the item to look at" okay so i highlighted my figure and i click on the chair, nothing happened.

Select your figure then hold Ctrl key and select your chair. Then run the script.
Oh wow that was so simple, feel so dumb now.
Thanks.
No need to feel dumb. The instructions could have been clearer. They fail to mention the Ctrl key. In general, to select more than one item, you hold the Ctrl key in Daz Studio while clicking on additional items to add to the selection. The order is important in Look at That. Be sure to select the looker first and the thing to look at second. I seem to recall that there is a problem looking at a parented object, too. If you have something parented to the character's hand, and you want to look at that thing, I think you need to unparent it first.
