Oddly specific

I'm looking for ideas on how best to represent a store interior in a post apocalyptic setting. I'm not aiming to make it a complete ruin, just a run down and tired old building which used to be a clothes store. There are some great rooms and props for various different settings, so I'm curious if anyone has ideas on how I could best create this setting and perhaps point me in the direction of some shop-specific props.

I was looking at a shop in the store called Alice's Dress Shop which at first glance appears to include a mannequin. The only caveat to this is that there's only a single external promo, despite the description saying there's an interior. I'm hesitant to buy as the interior is really the focus, so if anyone does have an interior render it would be rather helpful if you could provide one assuming it's more than just an empty shell.

Aside from that, any room I can turn into a clothes store would be great and recommendations for store specific things such as a cash register or clothes racks.

For the main room, you could give a shot at using West Park Day Room. From there it's all props.

I remember a full freebie set featuring a run-down shop interior. Sorry, at the time being I do not remember the exact URL, but it was on the same site Yesitis textures are. It had everything: cans, barrels, boxes, gardening utensils, some guns, I think, a cash registry, even some clothing shop props were included. Perhaps you'd like to try to find it?

    EDIT:

Never mind, I found it! It's on Mapps' site: http://www.freewebs.com/mapps/. This subpage is particularly useful: http://www.freewebs.com/mapps/downloadsspecial.htm - just be sure to check all pages, because there are some addons scattered around.

this set has clothes on hangers: http://www.daz3d.com/artyficial-bedroomfurniture

depending on how detailed you'll get, you'll also need a cash register and some folded clothing.

There is a mannequin set for V4 and M4

You can do a lot with primitive for the walls, display cases, racks and whatnot

If your not adverse to a little texture work, then this set of props might be useful:

Even though it says it's for Poser the set is compatible with D|S and the materials are very simple, no fancy poser shaders.

It's part of Meshbox's "Store" set, consists of a typical big city store and several addons to turn it into different types of businesses,

The interior and partial exterior is here:

Wow... that's near perfect for my needs Alric. Thanks for finding this. The store itself is a bit more modern than the one I had in mind, but I can certainly put the interior to good use with a few grubby smudge marks and careful use of Stonemason's rubble.

Just goes to show that there's something for every occasion if you know where to look for it!

Meshbox is a great source for building and other stuff. Their Miskatonic University and Innsmouth sets are nice looking 20s style buildings with all sorts of useful props (and a Lovecraft theme).

For a Post-Apocalypse type scene this might be of interest. Lots of grungy type textures.

One note, the complete sets are the only way to get the 8th model in each series so if you can afford it that's the way to go.
