Bizarre parameters moving issue

Hey, I currently am attempting to pose a G3F figure. Now I don't know how this happened, but whenever I specifically try to move the top of the right arm (right collar/right forearm), when I use one of the sliders (i.e. "Bend"), it also moves the other ones around as though the whole thing was linked. Bizarrely, this only happens on that specific area, not the left arm, or the legs, or anywhere else. Anyone have any idea what could have happened (and, more importantly, how to get rid of this, as I like having fine control over the way each body part moves)?

When you say "moves the other ones around", what are the "ones" you are referring to? Do you mean it moves both left and right, or do you mean it moves the child bones of the bone you selected????
I mean it moves the other sliders - so, if change the value of "Bend" (for specifically those body parts), it also changes "Twist" and "Front-Back". This doesn't happen on other body parts (and, indeed, doesn't usually happen at all).
That sounds like some kind of bend correction JCM shinnanigans going on. Do you have enything like that installed?
Nah, I don't think so. All I did was move around the figure like I do usually. Ah well, I guess I'll reset the pose and start over.
Gimbal lock, perhaps.
I'm unfamiliar with that. I found this link from Google, but I don't really understand it.
EDIT: Reading more about gimbal lock, seems it has something to do with overlapping axes and losing rotation freedom - that may be the case, but all the existing threads mention "full" objects, as far as I could tell, not individual bones. In any case, I have little idea how to fix this, so I'll revert to one of my previous poses and restart the process.
