Newbie having PostgrSQL issues..

I'm a major newbie and I'm having trouble getting the online content into my Daz studio. There's a window that continues to show up saying that the PostgreSQL application files are not installed, or are not installed correctly. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the PostgreSQL CMS through the daz install manager, and also tried changing the port in the setting like suggested, but it did not do anything. When I go into my system on my iMac, it says I do not have any firewalls, etc present.. what should I do?

    One frequent issue is folder permissions on the Content Cluster folder, the location of which is also listed in Daz Studio>Preferences>CMS Settings.
