Batch renderer and GPU Iray?

Since Iray does not release VRAM after each render, what is the point of using a batch renderer if you use GPU for render?
Nvidia render Iray 10x faster than CPU so even auto overnight with CPU after the first GPU render it is probably not as time efficient as just render manaully with GPU.
Whose fault is it not to address this memory management issue, Nvidia or Daz?

Render Queue

shuts down DS between each render so the memory leak isn't an issue.
As to who is messing up? I think it is Nvidia, since it is VRAM and that should all be the renderer, but I'm not 100% certain.
