Weird issues with Hair Color addon..

Hello,

I'm having a weird issue with an addon for hair.

I'm using "Young Grace Hair", and am trying to apply a different color.

The problem is two-fold, but probably connected.
For one, the icons for each color option shows a ! symbol, instead of a thumbnail for the hair color option.
And the other issue is when I double-click or otherwise try to apply one, DS asks if I want to save the current scene for closing it.. 

So, it's treating the hair addon as though I'm trying to open a new/different file, instead of recognizing it as an addon for an existing product?

I've tried to update and reinstall metadata, but that didn't fix/change anything.

Any ideas on what's going on here and how to fix it?

Missing files.

Need to reinstall the material's dufs.

Ah ha. Okay. 

Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it.

Cool! Now I know how to deal with that problem if it ever pops up again. 

Always something new to learn.
