Step-By-Step Instructions on how to simulate a dforce skirt while sitting?

I am wondering if someone could provide step-by-step instructions on how to simulate a dforce skirt while sitting down, while feet are on the floor, and while feet are elevated as if they are resting on a table.

Any help would greatly be appreicated.  Thanks!

I was doing the same thing earlier for a render (different pose, though :p), and found this video very helpful.

If you follow that video, you'll find DS will automatically start the character off from the default pose and slowly "animate" the character into your pose, calculating and adjusting the skirt at each step. It's pretty neat, actually. 

Anyway, that video will get you on the right path.
