So, while rendering, Daz Studio seems to freeze. Manual reset doesn't work - so just as you go to hard reset, a Genie that looks a lot like Chloe's Avatar 
pops up and grants you ONE WISH.
Pick any Daz character as your life companion- either friendship or courtship.
There's only a few things in the fine print.
1) Pick only ONE character. Pick ONLY ONE character. No, "All the ones from [insert PA]" No, "I can't decide so here's my list of...."
2) No characters you rolled yourself. No morphs, no DNA-slider combinations. Pure character SOLD in the DAZ STORE.
3) ONLY Use the official promo art with a link so we can see more images and follow the trail back to the source.
4) A character that was made/used/featured for a product like hair or clothing counts as a possible Choice. - noted loophole for rule #2.
5) Beware! They will have a similar morality to match their promo art. Pick an evil demoness or vampire and well....
6) Living- Humanoid -adult- characters only. No zombies/monsters/aliens - weird looking, yes. but remember, you might be out in public with this person. lol

b) What do we do? She likes 3D comic books. lol We sit around and read them and I answer her many questions.

I'd have to pick Romina. Had her carted from the first promo pic, and honestly couldn't wait to get home from work to get her into a render, which is a first for me for a character.

a) WHY? She's all-around abosolutely gorgeous, and there's a really nice innocence to her that just seems like she'd be a real sweetheart. Plus eastern european should mean there's a beautiful accent there to listen to.
b) What do we do? Watch movies & read books.
c) Hobby that you get them into? Gaming
d) Thing they are better than you at/with? Makeup lol

Wow, both good choices. I spent more than 1/2 hour looking for a (I think) V4 character. I would have sworn she was in "Farrah Hair" promos or something similar. I also scrolled through the Liquid Rust, vendor, looking for her since she looked to be from that same mold. No luck so Yep, I scrolled through every V4 and Genesis 2 figure looking for that character. And I don't think I own that figure because every time I go to "buy her" I see that she's only shown in a promo for hair.
I remember gold being the base color.

Wow, she is gorgeus, too bad she isn't for sale.
This is such a hard choice for me. I've spent so much time with my custom character that I have to take another look at my other chars before I can make a decision. So many to choose from.

Ok, I just spent an embarassing amount of time thinking about this topic.
Two of my favs dropped out of the race because of rule 5... one is a soldier and one a werewolf. Neither will work for me.

All joking aside, there aren't any close as it happens.
For me it would be Inaru.
a) WHY? Beautiful, ethnic, and the "hood" she grew up in is probably similar to the one I grew up in except with more bus stops and less buses.
b) What do we do? Date, marry, and advance research in human parthenogenesis.
c) Hobby that you get them into? Container gardening and maybe the parthenogenesis thing.
d) Thing they are better than you at/with? Street fighting and probably the container gardening thing.

I had to look that up.
Parthenogenesis is an adaptive strategy that allows organisms to reproduce when sexual reproduction is not possible due to environmental conditions. Parthenogenesis that happens by apomixis involves the replication of an egg by mitosis resulting in diploid cells that are clones of the parent.
I expect any digital SO I might conjure would be personality-incompatible. The end of Ex Machina comes to mind.
I already have a life mate. so that leave me out of this game. But as a aging couple i would ask that genie if she could transform me and my husband into daz characters than that would open th door up to wide range of possibilities.
For myself i would want to more athletic looking than i am so i would ask the genie to turn me into Isla for Genesis 8 Female for the combination of softness and athleticism
As for my husband. that would be such a hard choice But i think I would ask the genie to change him into the character John for Genesis 8 Male for his rugged good looks

Meridiana is a great choice! Lilith 6 is a wonderful character.
Call me old school, but I like Aiko 6 a lot...
Her youthful looks and cheeful demeanor make me want to feel young again...
Plus, since she's 'anime' themed she probably likes anime, and would probably be equally at home at a rennasiance festival or sci fi/comic convention...
My Daz library is filled with a number of 3D hotties, though. I like telling stories with them via my rendering hobby. And putting the more unusual characters into non-traditional environments, say Minotaur 6 hanging out at the office cooler as he takes a break from his latest coding project for some company...
Watching the 'Space Race' episode of Stargate SG1 at the moment. Could be fun putting Aiko into that situation, working with some alien to win said race. That is one of the more fun 'offbeat' episodes of the series.
This was a tough one. I wanted to go with Lee 6, but since you laid down rule 3 I have to count him out, because his promo images do not do him justice -at all. But after you get him into Iray with Altern8 skin adjustments he looks SO GOOD. But yeah, his promo images not so much, so I had to rethink my answer. So Elijah 7 has to be my pick. I've always had a thing for skinny boys with long limbs.

a) WHY? I've been a fan of tall skinny guys for as long as I can remember, and kind of "misfit" guys are usually on my radar.
b) What do we do? Everything I like, of course. :P Watch movies, play video games, create art, listen to good music.
c) Hobby that you get them into? Comic book art and my favorite video games.
d) Thing they are better than you at/with? Cooking. I'm pretty good at cooking, but in my mind Elijah is like chef level awesomeness in the kitchen.

a) WHY? I just think he's really hot! There are a few small adjustments I'd make for my personal preferences, but in general, I just think he's sexy. I like his jawline and the general shape of his head. He seems worldly, educated, sophisticated and intelligent. Hopefully he has a good sense of humor too!
b) What do we do? Go to screenings and entertainment industry events together, travel around the world to beautiful locations, romantic dinners, swim at night in a beautifully lit pool, eat Thai food while watching Netflix, kiss in the rain, champagne brunch in bed, and if I continue, I'll get censored lol...
c) Hobby that you get them into? VR
d) Thing they are better than you at/with? Making money!
