Good for those hallways requiring some non-skid rug mats ;-)

If used in fanart renders, then non-commercial.

If used in renders that you would otherwise have the rights to use commercially, then sure. Basically it's just a flattened cube ;-)

D/S prop file with D/S mats however I did include the .obj file in my geometry folder so those using Poser, Bryce, etc can also have a rug.
Manually apply the texture image to the bump/displacement channels.
