Anyone good with Photoshop?

I wanted to my Daz girl's skin look more real .Over the web people have been using these maps that could be made in photoshop.
Anyone have any good tips on making them?

    To start you need a good HD texture resources.

    What exactly are you asking? How to improve them in Photoshop? Setting in DS or Poser? You need a combination of all those to get realistic looking figure. A great light goes a long way to help make it look real. Only thing I noticed is you specular isn't really highlighting enough

    Seeing that it looks like you need to turn the bump up some and a better specular map
