Products not visable

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I downloded some Kitbash3D products and when I open them I cannot see the product in the workspace. When I click on it in the scene tab and hoover over it I can see it highlighted but once I move the mouse curser then I cant see them again. Any suggestions on what the problem may be?

    Select the item, go to the Surfaces pane and in the Editor tab select it from the list there, then set the Opacity or Cutout Opacity to 100%/white.

    Subscribing because I had a similar problem with some bought items.

    I was led to believe that it was because the models were missing an attribute. Like they needed to be "inflated"...  but I wasn't able to find a way to fix it.
