can i make it so my render settings and camera 1 load on starting?

i don't what i did, but i messed up pixel y samples slider and now it always loads messed up..

help!

and i'm making a camera 1 every time i start up.

Save a scene with your desired camera and render settings and go to Edit > Preferences > Startup and make that your startup scene. You can also have it create a default camera when you start a new scene.
