Can someone please add these features to the current Preset Save Options system?

DAZ is too busy to add these features, but maybe one of you guys could write a plugin that adds the following features to the Preset Save Option menu:

- Check Only Modified NoAutoFollow - Only checks modified value settings that are not the result of auto follow.
- Load existing preset - From the Preset Save Option menu, you can load an existing preset and it auto fills whatever settings were checked in the preset.  This will allow a user to rapidly edit existing presets in case they forgot to add one setting, or just need to add or remove a few settings, or you can simply right click an existing preset in the content library and select Edit, which simply opens the Preset save options menu and auto fills it with the settings from the preset.

I consider the above two features CORE functionality, which is vital to making the Preset Save Options more convenient and easier to use.  These aren't small features, but VITAL ones IMO.

If not, maybe you guys can point me in the direction of writing a plugin that modifies the Preset Save Options. If you could link me to a script that could get my foot int he door, meaning a script that gives access to the Preset Save Options API functions, then maybe I could write it myself.
