postgreSQL CMS database connection fail Daz3d

Please help! I've reinstalled the postgreSQL CMS a number of times and i'm still getting the message on the attachment when I open dazstudio. I'm using a mac 4.12 edition of daz3d. Any suggestions? There are no firewalls or anything blocking it..

Please look in this thread - there is a problem with the 10.15.3 installer that corrupts file privilegies.

Hi, I solved this in the past by making sure I have the SQL thing installed via the DIM, it was not installed and I think you have to enter a port. Found it:
