Loadlibrary Error

Okay, so I recently started up Daz Studio 4.6 64 bit and got this message:

Loadlibrary failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect

I have no idea what could have caused this. I checked the log file and it stops after this line:

Reading help file C:/Program Files/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4/docs/Plugins/PolygonGroupEditor/PolygonGroupEditor.dsx

But when I checked the file it seemed to be no different than the other files. Updating does not solve this. Does anyone have an idea about how this could have happened?
