Hi maybe someone could help me out with this one

These are the relevant lines in my log after trying to change the hair color using the materials tab, with the "Linda Ponytail Hair Genesis 8 Female"

This is the first time i've got something like this, (and not the last i'm sure) but i'm not sure on how to troubleshoot this,

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the product but I get the same problem.

Does the preset actually work, just throwing an error, or is this blocking you entirely? Which preset is this using?
