Unable to open any docs through Carrera 8.5 Pro

Hello,

 I am using a brand new Mac Pro. As one can imagine it's resourses for Carrera are excelent. Everything is runnung smoothly except, when I try to load a texture in backrounds , backdrops, or shaders the file will not load. Of I try to open a scene through Carrera browser it won't load and will not import objects. . The Carrera directory will acces the drive, loctae the file but wont load it. If I click on a scene on my desktop it loads fine. Please help as it is definitely stalling my work flow.

    Daz Studio had a similar issue with Catalina, fixed in the current DS public build - I don't know if the Carrara issue is the same, and if it is I don't know if there is a work-around - is drag-and-drop supported?

    we lost a couple users from our Carrara forum over this already, others rolled back

    DAZ no longer is developing Carrara

    my suggestion is not a popular one, have a cheap Windows machine just for saving files and scenes

    Still use yoiur Mac to load and render etc those scenes

    I already cannot use Win10 with some third party plugins so do the same with my Win7 machine

    Hello, Unable to drag and drop as well
