[Is there a way to Sculpt or manipulate Dforce Hair] Either Pre or Post Sim? I've tried Zbrush - throws an error and says it's not valid subtool, obj export to maya (no geometry shows up) only D-Formers work.

Import/export may have issues as it is polylines rather than polygons.

Zbrush is best.  You can modify the hair pre or post sim.  Click the Dforce Hair, then go File-> Send to Zbrush (uses GOZ).  I use Zbrush 2019 and DAZ Studio 4.12.0.86.  I've used GOZ/Zbrush with Dforce Classic Hair and Dforce Virgin Hair with no problems.

You may want to check out Mesh Grabber (https://www.daz3d.com/mesh-grabber) as it can manipulate hair, such as moving it behind the ears, as mentioned by Barbult and Callidus Simia at the bottom of page 17 on the Mesh Grabber forum here: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/372546/released-manfriday-s-mesh-grabber-commercial/p17

Many creators on the forum prefer using it instead of D-Formers to manipulate objects. You could check with the developer, ManFriday, for more clarification on its uses with dForce hair.
