Why does left&right side of dforce classic long hair come together instead of hang w/gravity?-solved

EDIT: Looks like you have to let the simulation finish. The first 35% of the simulation is fine, but between 35-50% it messes up the hair, so it has to spend the last 50% of the simulation fixing it. I guess Dforce was truly not meant to work for hair. However, if DAZ does manage to make dforce work with hair, I imagine the time it takes to simulate could be cut in half, since the hair looks fairly good in the beginning of the simulation, although not perfect, which requires the last 50% of the time to truly perfect it. If you guys get the problem in my image, just let the simulation finish.
Does anyone know why the left and right side of the hair come together, instead of hanging and aiming towards the ground, after the simulation?
The two images in the center are the before. The image on the bottom is the expected hair result. The image on the right shows how the left and right of the hair come together instead of falling down with gravity. Image on the left is the simulation settings.
Guys, I know Genesis 8 female looks messed up, but that's not the original figure. It has the same pose. I can't show the real G8f, that one is hidden.
If G8F is just standing in a default pose, everything simulates fine.

That is generally my experience too. I would also say the same for Hair figures with movement morphs; my experience is that the movement morphs work fine for character poses which are upright and not far from default. Those Hair figures which include bones for posing are, in my experience, better.
I feel that Hair figure artists need to seriously address the issue of the use of their products with characters in non-upright poses, where the character's head is not vertical. This is especially important with long hair or hair with tails. I'm sure everyone understands that hair is normally not stiff but bends and flows with gravity. If Character poses are to look natural, then the Hair figures need to provide the flexibility to move as though falling with gravity either via morphs, bones or dForce simulation, or possibly a combination of these.
