Product Downloads

I have had a few instances where a product will seem to download but then when I open it up the items in the product aren't available. For instance a wardrobe item where it appears to be downloaded but when I open it up all the items like the pants, shirt, shoes just show a picture frame with a triangle with an exclaimation point in it. I get an error notice when I try to load these. 

I've reinstalled but the same thing has happened. Any body have any ideas?

OK, that rules out my first thought. Are you uisng the default locations? Does everything go to the same content directory? And, not tat it's likely to matter, but is this in the Content Library or Smart Content, and where in the pane you are looking at?
