I am STILL having trouble installing Measure Metrics.

I am using the most current version of DS which is 4.6.2.118.

I only use DIM, and my version is 1.0.1.115

I keep getting this message (both for 32 bit and 64 bit).

Install Manager cannot find a required path. The installer for "Measure Metrics for DAZ Studio 4.5+ (Win 64-bit) Public Build" requires that the installed path for "DAZ Studio 4.x Public Build (64-bit)" be defined. Make sure that a path for this application is present on the "Applications" page of the "Settings" dialog, then try again.

This message does a poor job of telling me precisely what I need to do. My current folder settings in DIM appear to be correct, and quite standard:

DAZ Studio 4.5+ (32-bit): .... F:/Program Files (x86)/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4
DAZ Studio 4.5+ (64-bit): .... F:/Program Files/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4

As you can see, the only thing changed in my installation paths is my partition letter.

I also have other paths defined for Bryce (ancient 32 bit only), Carrara (32 and 64 bit), and Carrara 8.5 RenderNode (32 and 64 bit), but I don't think these will apply.

Question: Can anybody provide a detailed step-by-step procedure to fix this? Yeah. Like I'm 5 years old, because that message above is very "child-proof".

If you see only the Public Build version of the plug-in, check you haven't hidden the other (or had it hidden for you) by using the Show hidden check box above the files list in the Ready to Download tab.

LOL, that's a fine how-do-you-do. It should have said "for beta public build", then I would not have gotten confused.

I have it for both 32 bit and 64 bit on my desktop and only for 64 bit on my laptop (which is fine, by the way).

    Thanks everybody!
