where do I find my support tickets

just submitted ticket about missing files in Precious package and I can't find the ticket to add information

    Make sure you are logged in - for some reason when you go to ZenDesk to file a ticket you will usually need to click the Sign In link even though you are logged in correctly on the Daz side.

    Once you are loggid in, click on your name where the sign in button used to be. In the drop down, select My Activities.
